Hanging Gardens

Hoisting up the plants. This was fortunately much less daunting of a task then it seemed in the planning stages. Like most of the things that went down last Friday- things just seemed to work out for us. No rain, when the forecast calls for 80% chance of afternoon showers ???

Crunch Time

I've named my house and it's called the Ranch. I haven't had enough time yet to build the Ranch a fine deck, but that's because I've been on a pretty insane work kick lately.

That project I mentioned a few weeks back is called the Hanging Gardens. It's happening next Friday. Toby was right the second he heard about the idea. He said I should have come up with it months ago. Yes,
at least months.

But we've pushed on thru and we're getting ready to have ourselves a real good time.
Here's the email we sent out yesterday:

50 volunteer spots filled up in 30 minutes. I think it's a new Team Detroit record. More details to come...
